If you're having trouble loading the Wreno portal on your phone or computer, please try all of the following before contacting support:
- Log out of Wreno, refresh the page after logout, and then log back in.
- Close any extra windows or tabs you have open, especially if Wreno is open in multiple tabs.
- Clear your browser cache. Here's how to clear it:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge
- Safari on Mac
- Opera
- iPhone / iPad (may differ per model)
- Android phones/tablets (may differ per model)
- Hard refresh the page.
- MAC: Cmd + shift + R
- Windows: Ctrl + shift + R
- Restart your device.
- Update your phone/software.
- If your internet browser version is older, it might not work.
