Where do I enter a coupon code?

This article can help resolve the following issues:

1. I have a coupon code, where do I enter it?
2. How do I know if the coupon code went through?
3. Do I still have to enter a payment method?

NOTE: If you don't have a coupon code, please read: How do I pay the subscription fee?

Step 1: Please log in to your Wreno account. If you don't know how, please view this article: I don't know how to log in to Wreno.

Step 2: Navigate to the Pay Now button on your compliance task list. Please note, all the other compliance buttons will be greyed out until this step is completed. 

Step 3: Click on "Apply Coupon"

Step 4: Enter your coupon code, then click "Apply Coupon"

Step 5: Double check that discount is applied

Step 6: Enter your payment method, and then click "Pay Now"

Note: the system cannot continue the process without a payment method entered. See below picture for reference.
