How do I message vendors?

This guide covers:
- How to send a message to your vendors
- How to message vendors outside your network
Log in to your Wreno account (Click here for a guide on how to log in) and click on "Messages."
Click on " General chat."
Click on "Start a new chat."
You can choose to filter by state, property, market, compliance categories and/or services.
You can use the "search" option at the top right to search vendors by name.
The vendor will pop up like this
Click the circle to select the vendor
Click "start chat" at the bottom right.
The messaging page will pop up.
Enter your message in the box at the bottom where it says, "type something"
Click on the paper clip to add attachment
Hit the send option (up arrow) on the right to send your message.
How to message vendors outside your network
From your dashboard, click on the "Find Vendors" tab:
Search for the vendors using any metric you choose:
Vendors will have a chat logo in the bottom right of their tile:
Click on the message icon and a chat box will appear on the right side of the screen for you to send your message:
