How do I upload a document for my vendor?

This article will walk you through the process of uploading documents on behalf of your vendors.


First, navigate to your vendor's profile from My Vendors:

Use the filter to option to search:

Type in their name, email address or phone number using the keyword search:

Click on their profile from the list:

From your vendor's profile you can see the Upload/View buttons:

If it says "View," they have already submitted something under this item.

If it says "Upload," there is no previous submission history.


Both buttons will take you to the upload screen.


At the bottom of the screen that pops up, there will be an upload button:

Click this button for the upload field. 


Check to make sure you have the correct document type selected.

You can choose multiple document types if necessary.


For example, if the certificate of insurance has multiple required policies on it, you could check off all applicable boxes and upload it one single time.


Click to upload a file from your computer, or drag and drop the document into the field:

Wreno only accepts file types of pdf, png, jpg, or jpeg up to 7mb in size.


Your uploaded file will appear below the upload field:

If you chose the wrong document, you can delete using the trash can:

We only accept one file per upload.


Once you have the correct file uploaded, click submit:

When your upload is successful, you will see a message telling you so:

The document will be sent to the Wreno team for review and processing on behalf of the vendor.
