How to Cancel your subscription

Per our User Agreement, Cancellation requests can be made at any time by submitting a request via email at support@wreno.io


Cancellation requests will not be accepted via:

  • Phone call
  • Chat support
  • Third party requests


To request the cancellation of your subscription, please reach out to us with the following information:
  • Company name
  • Email address on the profile
  • Contact name

When you cancel your subscription, you have the option to cancel your involvement on Wreno immediately or to finish out the paid subscription period. Refunds are not given for the remaining portion of the subscription (See Below)

Once your subscription is fully cancelled, you will no longer be able to maintain your documents with your company. This may result in a loss of work with that company.


Upon cancellation, you will receive an email notification of the cancellation.

How to request a refund:

Per our Payment Policy, a full refund is available if you cancel within 7 days of the first payment. This refund policy applies to new subscriptions only.


Refunds are not available for existing or renewed subscriptions beyond 7 days from the subscription start date. 


Refund requests must be made by submitting a request via email at support@wreno.io


Refund requests will not be accepted via:

To request a refund, please include the following information in the request:
  • Company name
  • Email address used for payment


Please note: Please allow 5-10 business days, depending on your bank, for the funds to appear in your account.
