I was invited by a customer, but I haven't received the invitation yet.

This article will cover the two different types of invitations you can receive from companies:

1. You're a new vendor to Wreno and have never logged in. Or, you logged in using the invitation, but can't find the company info now.

2. You have an established profile on Wreno and a company is inviting you to join their roster.

If you have been invited to Wreno by a customer and have never logged in, you should have received an invitation email.

Please check out this article for how to create your profile through the link in this email.

If your customer invited you, please use the link in your invitation email. Do NOT create a new account.

This email will have come from a "no reply" address and will have the subject line "Your Wreno account has been activated." Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

If you are having trouble finding the welcome email and need the invitation re-sent, please reach out to your customer and ask them to do so.

Your invitation expires after 21 days. After this time, you can still use the link to log in and create a profile, but you will need to be re-sent an invitation to join the company.

Please reach out to your customer to have them resend your invitation if you are trying to login after the deadline. After they resend it, please follow the below instructions on how to find this invitation on Wreno.

You will have received an email with information about your invitation. 

You can log in from this email by clicking the "Login Now" button.

If you click, "View Company Profile," it will take you to a page about the company:

You can log in from this page as well. Navigate to your opportunities

From here, you'll see all the opportunities you've been invited to. Invitations to new companies will appear as "Invited to Join"

To view the company's profile, click "View Profile"

You'll be able to see basic information about the company that has invited you. including their requirements and website.

From this window, you can choose to accept the invite, or be shown your specific invite information.

If you X out of this screen or click "Back to invite," it will take you to the invite information. This will include a short version of the company information. The top portion will have a note from the company and information on how long the invitation is good for:

You can accept or decline from this window. If you click Decline, it will ask you to give a reason and confirm this is the action you wish to take:

Choose a reason (required). If you choose "Other," it will ask for a reason (required).

If you clicked this box by accident and actually wish to accept, then click "cancel" to click out of the box.

Click "Decline." This cannot be undone.

The company will receive an email that you declined the invitation.

If you wish to accept, click the "Accept" button:

You will receive a pop up with next steps:

By clicking "Okay" or X, you will be directed to your main compliance page. There will now be a new tab for your new company affiliation next to the tab for your profile:

Click on "View Compliance," to see your requirements for this company:

This will take you to the company's checklist:

Note that optional uploads are marked with "Optional" in blue text.

Note: You can be affiliated with multiple companies. The customers cannot see other companies you are affiliated with.

Each company has a different requirement list and will require new uploads of most documents.
